How do I submit a completed application?
You can mail, fax, e-mail or drop off the completed application into our Property Management Office.

When will these homes be ready for move in?
Construction of these homes will be completed in phases. Tenants will be selected in August 2021 and will move-in between September and December depending on when construction on their unit is completed.

How do I submit my application fee?
Please submit all of your paperwork first. Someone from WCRP’s Property Management Office will then be in touch with you to arrange for payment.
What are the steps to being selected as a tenant for the Mamie Nichols Townhomes?
There are five steps to the selection process. As you complete each step, you’ll receive instructions about the next step:
Submit application with all supporting documentation
Credit/Criminal Background check completed for all household members 18 and over
Tenants selected and notified
What should I do if I’m missing a piece of required documentation?
You can submit your application but WCRP’s Property Management staff will be in touch with you about anything that is missing.
Are there income limits for these homes?
Yes, there are income limits. These homes are meant to serve low-income individuals and families.
For instance, to be eligible a family of 4 cannot make more than $48,300.
