PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
WCRP manages the developments that we build in order to keep rent prices and cost of living expenses affordable, fostering continued growth and stability in our communities. As such, our Property Management team handles leases, rent, and maintenance for our residents to ensure excellent living conditions long after they move in.
With each development built, WCRP creates a fund to make sure low-income families can afford to rent our homes. Thanks to a long-standing partnership with the Philadelphia Housing Authority, we are able to provide even lower rents at some of our highest need developments. In addition, Property Management staff work closely with our Supportive Services program to help families during times of crisis such as when their ability to pay rent or take care of their home may be affected.

Who are WCRP Tenants?
WCRP primarily serves low-income families. Residents of WCRP housing pay no more than 50% of their income toward housing costs, so that enough money is left over for food, clothing and other necessities. Once families move into our safe, affordable homes they focus on plans for the future to improve their lives and become active in their communities.
